Counselling and psychotherapy are about change and can help identify and overcome unhelpful patterns and behaviours which impact on our happiness and our important relationships.
Counselling is shorter term and addresses specific problems whilst psychotherapy is longer term and addresses change in attitude through deeper reflection and insight.
I provide a safe, supportive, respectful and non-judgmental place in which to help empower you as the client to make changes, at your own pace.
